Prepzone Logistics LLC is the registered brand that operates this SMS messaging program.
1. Program description
Prepzone Logistics offers two optional text messaging programs, each with its own consent checkbox on our quote/contact form:
- Shipment updates and account follow-ups: transport status, pickup and delivery scheduling, quote follow-ups, and account notifications.
- Marketing and offers: promotions, special offers, and service announcements.
2. How to opt in
You opt in by checking one or both SMS consent boxes on our website form at prepzonelogistics.com/contact and submitting the form. The boxes are not pre-checked and are not required to submit the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. After opting in you will receive a confirmation message: “Prepzone Logistics: You’re subscribed to shipment updates and offers. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency varies based on your shipments and account activity.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You can reply START to resubscribe.

7. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
8. Privacy
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
